What's on the Gelataro label
Serving size is one gummy, with 30 servings per container. Each gummy carries 6 calories, 2g total carbohydrate and 1.5g total sugars. Apple Cider Vinegar is the one ingredient with a stated milligram amount; the other nine appear under "Other Ingredients" with no individual amount listed. The one ingredient with a printed amount
Apple Cider Vinegar is listed at 250mg per gummy — the single disclosed figure on the entire label, and the ingredient the metabolism-support claim is tied to.
The other nine, and what they do
Cane sugar and glucose syrup form the gummy's sweetening base. Pectin and starch set its chew and shape. Citric acid and sodium citrate balance flavor and acidity. Natural flavor and natural coloring round out taste and appearance, and water is used to combine the other ingredients during manufacturing. None of these carry an individual amount, which is standard for the sweeteners, gelling agents and flavoring that make up a gummy base.
Why amounts aren't always disclosed
Supplement labels are required to disclose amounts for active ingredients that carry an established or claimed dose — which is why Apple Cider Vinegar's 250mg appears on the panel. Ingredients that function as a base, a binder or a flavoring generally don't carry that same requirement, which is why the other nine appear by name only. Gelataro's label follows that same pattern rather than doing anything unusual.
